Are you legit?
 
We get asked this one all the time.  The answer is yes, Medsgreen Field runs an honest and legitimate business and have been shipping this wonderful medicine for over 5 years now. . Our goal is to provide our customers with great products and great customer service so they will come back for more and tell their friends about our great products and service. 
 
Your pricing seems a bit on the high side, is the stuff as good as it costs?
 
Nowadays cannabis is exploding in popularity and as such there’s a wide range in product quality.  You may find similar strains at lower prices but admittedly their quality level will not match ours, as we are a mail order marijuana service but we offer many benefits that you simply cannot get elsewhere..  Our cannabis is carefully cultivated in small batches from our independent network of growers bringing you the best mail order weed service available online.
 
If I write to you multiple times with the same question will you answer me faster?
 
Sorry no. Just like pushing that elevator button repeatedly doesn’t work, except this time we actually have to take the time to look at your multiple emails which slows things down for everyone. When you submit a question please be patient and allow up to 24 hours for an answer (note we take Saturdays off). Very occasionally it can take longer than a day.
 
Can I pay with paypal, credit card, western unions etc etc?
 
No! We do not accept any other payment methods besides credit cards, cashapp, bitcoin and Westernunion.  But you can use your paypal, credit card or debit card to do westernunion transfer  check directions

Can I order different amounts than what’s listed on the site?
Yes. Do not worry about  maximum limit per order as seen on the product page. We sell in bulk, you   like to purchase more then 1 pound at a time ?  contact us (sales@medsgreenfield.com) 
 
I bought bitcoin but now it says I don’t have enough for my order?
 
The price of bitcoin can change rapidly and we have no control over it. If you place an order and buy just enough bitcoin to cover it, but the price of bitcoin DROPS in the meantime, you may not have enough bitcoin to pay for your order. On the other hand the price can RISE leaving you with extra bitcoin for future orders (or just to buy more!) We suggest buying a bit more bitcoin than you need to cover any price drops. If it you end up with extra bitcoin you can always use it for future orders.
 
How long does it take to receive my package?
 
Generally it takes from 3-5 weekdays once payment is received. It can occasionally come sooner or take longer.
 
I only received part of my order, will the rest come?
 
We ship from several locations and if you order items from multiple shippers your order may arrive in a few different packages.  If you have only received part of your order and 10 weekdays has passed, please let us know at that time.
 
Is it really safe to order from you?
 
Through various high tech security precautions, we have created a system where the risk to you is minimal. In our opinion, mail order is safer than buying from a dealer and driving home with the contraband in your car. Your package will look like an ordinary package so who’s to know what’s in it? Please see the security page for more information on our security system.
 
What country do you ship from? 
 
All orders are shipped from within the United States, Canada and UK.  
 
What is your return/refund policy?
 
For obvious reasons we do not accept returns. However, when you see the quality of the product you will not want to return it! If your package does not arrive within two weeks of payment, write to me and we will check the tracking records to see if it was delivered. If the package was not delivered due to our error we will resend (with a bonus) or give you a refund. If it just gets “lost in the mail” then we will reship. If the package was delivered, we will give you the delivery confirmation code so you can see for yourself it was delivered, but no refund. It could be it was intercepted by a family member or roommate and we have no control over that. Also if it was not delivered due to you giving an incorrect address we will not reship. Please double check and be sure to add apartment numbers etc.
 
 
How do you ship? Will I have to sign for a package? Do you deliver to PO boxes? Do you provide tracking?
 
 You will NEVER have to sign for a package from us. Yes we deliver to PO boxes, House address, Hotel address and rop of location.  We do not generally provide tracking information for security reasons, however you can sign up for Courier ‘Informed Delivery” to track packages. 
Can you make an exception and (fill in the blank)?
 
Our policies are very clear on the web site and we don’t make exceptions to them so please don’t ask.
